If you are checking me out and you are like most readers, you are already on your way to becoming you a high-achieving family leader.

You are committed to making big contributions at home and seeing significant results.

But you’re not just looking for success in one domain. You also want to thrive in other areas of life:

    • Your health
    • Your spiritual and mind growth
    • Your work and career
    • Your social life
    • Your hobbies and interests
    • Your legacy in the lives of others

You want to build a long-lasting successful life around what really matters. Your family rests assured that they’re No.1 in your life.

What’s holding you up?

If you are like the majority of parents, you have a lot going on and sometimes you feel like you have too much on your plate!

If you are a single parent or you are from a blended family, you have even more struggles. The feelings of overwhelm are common, as are fears and worries about the failure of raising a healthy family.

You know what you want, but balancing family, work, and friends seem impossible. Kids’ endless activities, work assignment deadlines and you are struggling with priorities.

You are constantly in turmoil. You have too many balls in the air and you forget about yourself.

I have been there and done that!

I know a thing or two about being overwhelmed. I have raised my children for over 10 years alone and it’s not easy. How did I manage everything while attending to the things that matter the most? For years I had a hard time balancing it all.

I had a wake-up call when my son told me that life won’t have any meaning if he is going to end up like his mom and dad. He said that we are always busy and we have no time for anything. It made me re-evaluate my life and make me think: What was I doing with my life, what was my dream? What was I doing about it? What was I teaching my kids?

I had to change the way I think and start examining the foundation on which my family life was built upon. I realized that I needed to work on my priorities and start to be more effective in all I do. I had to make some adjustments and started to plan my life with clear visions and goals.

I’ve continued to make small improvements and I managed to work a full-time job with the Ministry of Education helping blind students in Ontario. I am also a founder and president of a charitable organization “Shelter Them” with a mission to empower vulnerable and underprivileged children in Rwanda.

But my favourite wins are at home. I have two beautiful children whom I love so much. I am in my forties enjoying the best health of my life. It’s not a magic trick, and I’m certainly no superhero. I’ve simply discovered a way to do more of what matters and less of what doesn’t.

My mission is to equip you with the tools you need so you can lead a joyful life with your children and succeed in life.

I have developed a unique model based on fundamental principles to build our children with character ethics base values. I believe that the future of our generation’s effectiveness lies in our responsibility to lead and equip our young people with the knowledge and skills to ultimately become effective and interdependent members in our world. My focus is on emotional health which is mostly ignored but yet the very powerful factor that drives all our actions.

I use my story and life experience to inspire and motivate you along away! I provide the following to help you in your journey: Blogs, Podcast, Webinars, and other tools and resources.

I hope you’ll join me!

Josephine
